Multiple Cloning Site of pUC18 and pUC19

The mcs (multiple cloning site) of pUC18 and pUC19 can be recognized by many (about 3 dozens) restriction enzymes. The recognition sites are identified below. The unique recognition sites in pUC19 and the respective restriction enzymes are also identified. The information below is obtained by running one of the gene analysis programs (e.g., gene4.exe).
