The newly update (08/02/2022) scripts for running NAMD on Rockfish

This is a bash script so it is easily transferable to other machines.

There is only a cpu script for now as of 8/26/2021

Updates were made to some files here.

This is the updated dyn.sh file to avoid the NAMD crashes

I'm using the scr16 file space and there is a deletion policy so need to transfer files back.

Look at the dyn.sh, dyn.scr first-dyn.csh.
