chol_new.str NOTES

This file can be use with CHARMM to stream in the topology and parm values.  

However, you must add the following MASS statements to the Topology File:

MASS 300   CRL1 12.011000 C ! sp3 carbon with 1 H on a ring  (-CH1-)
MASS 301   CRL2 12.011000 C ! carbon of methylene group on a ring (-CH2-)
MASS 302   HGA1  1.008000 H ! alphatic igor, 6/05
MASS 303   HGA2  1.008000 H ! alphatic igor, 6/05

If you are using NAMD, then you can manually copy and append all these sections to par file.
