II.                Post-First Look Meeting

 

The process of evaluating the electees would be largely handled by Shivani and Ben.

 

III.             First Member Meeting

      

·         Speaker and company sponsors to be identified

·         Inquire what members would like to see changed

·         Ideas as to what we should fundraise for

 

IV.              Company Sponsors

 

·         Semmere to see if IBM could sponsor a member meeting

 

V.                 Semester Goals and Purpose Statements

 

·         Get a disant computer for the lounge, which would  supplement some entertainment, and also for general uses

·         Vacuum cleaner

·         Newsletter

 

VI.              Hotdog sales

 

·         Septermber 20th is the first day

·         All the necessities are ready

·         Duration will go from 10:30 am - ~2pm

·         Sign-up sheet for time slots

 

VII.           Newsletter

·         The newsletter may include the following:

§         Possible advertisements for job openings etc…
