Graduation Cords
· Instructions on how to make the cords to be made and then we could make the prototypes and improve the instructions manual

Inactive Members
· Members who do not have excused absences for missing the meetings will be declared inactive
· Being declared inactive leads to the following consequences:
Inactive members will loose the following privileges:
1. Using an HKN graduation cord
2. Notification of their membership in HKN will not appear in the Graduation Program
3. Having HKN on their resumes would be illegitimate
4. Having their resumes in the HKN resume book
· An email will be sent to members who have missed both member meetings without an excuse

· Hikers are encouraged to bring bagged lunches.

· Collect the money from the electees early
· Initiation robes to be dry-cleaned.
· Members and electees are encouraged to send their ideas to Oge.
· Some people have expressed interest in preparing the jokes and cartoons sections

· The purpose of the interview is to show the “personal” side of the EE professors, to decrease the intimidation students have of their professors.
