Abstract
In this thesis we investigate systems of the type dx/dt = { A + sum( u_i (t) B_i } x (t) + Cx ( t - tau ) where x(t) Rn, u_i = 1, ...p are scalar functions, measurable and bounded on finite intervals, and A, B_i, C, = 1...p are nxn matrices. In particular we devise criteria for local accessibility, controllability of a more general nonlinear systems with delays and a "Bang-Bang" theory for these systems. These results generalize those existing for bilinear systems without delays and for linear delay differential systems.
